Custom AI for manufacturers, from engineering to the plant floor.

Manufacturers sit on decades of drawings, specifications, work instructions, nonconformance reports and maintenance logs. We build AI that puts that knowledge in front of engineers and technicians, on hardware in your plant or data center.

Engineering knowledge is the business, so most manufacturers won't send it to an outside service. Hardware on site solves that, and an Edge system can serve a plant with a poor connection.

Common first builds are engineering search across drawings and change orders, analysis of quality records, and assistants that answer technicians' questions from manuals and work instructions at the machine.

Four steps, each one signed off.

01

Discovery

Two weeks: pick the workflow, audit the data, size the hardware, write the evaluation set.

02

Build

A fixed-scope build against that evaluation set, reviewed every week with your team.

03

Burn-in & install

Hardware tested on our bench, then installed and connected on your site.

04

Operate

Your team runs it with our runbooks, or we run it for you.

FAQ

Questions we hear first.

Can it run on a segmented OT network?

Yes. cstmAI Edge systems run without internet access, and we work with your OT team on segmentation and the update path.

Can it read drawings?

It indexes title blocks, notes and text on drawings and links them to related documents. Interpreting geometry is more limited, so we test on your drawings first.

We handle export-controlled data. Can you work with it?

The hardware and data stay on your premises. Staffing requirements for controlled data are confirmed for each engagement before work starts.
