cstmAI™ Search answers questions from your own documents (contracts, manuals, policies, tickets, reports) and cites the passage each answer came from, so anyone can check it in one click.
Search is the most common first project because the value is obvious: people stop hunting through shared drives and stop interrupting the one colleague who knows. It is also where careless builds fail, by answering from documents the user shouldn't see, or by paraphrasing without a source. We build against both.
Search indexes the sources you connect, keeps the index current as files change, and is designed to respect the access each user already has in the source system. Every answer links to the page or section it relied on.

Answers are generated only from retrieved passages and must cite them; when nothing relevant turns up, it says so. We measure faithfulness on your real questions before launch and after each change. No system is perfect, which is why the source is always one click away.
Yes, through OCR at indexing time. Quality depends on the scans, so we test a sample of your worst ones in discovery.
Keyword search finds documents. This answers the question and points to the paragraph. It can sit alongside your existing search rather than replacing it.
Tell us the models you want to run, how many people will use them and where the hardware should live. An engineer replies with a first configuration and the questions that decide the quote.
